Once your claim is approved, your Project Manager will guide you through the next steps, including completing essential documents like the Notice of Commencement and helping you choose your materials and upgrades. We’re also happy to explore financing options if needed.

Once your project receives final approval, we’ll schedule a delivery date for materials and coordinate a start date for your roofing work. While we strive to begin as planned, please keep in mind that weather conditions—especially rain—and other unforeseen factors may impact the schedule. Your dedicated Project Manager will keep you fully informed throughout the process and notify you promptly of any changes. Our priority is to ensure your project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Adjusters often don’t account for all necessary materials, local code requirements, or scope of work needed to complete the job properly. At Pink Rabbit Restoration & Roofing, we prepare a detailed, code-compliant estimate based on the actual needs of your project—aligned with Florida Building Code standards. We then submit a revised estimate, known as a supplement, to your insurance company outlining any missing items. The insurance carrier will review and either approve or deny these supplements. If approved, they’ll issue a second payment to cover the additional costs necessary to complete the project to code and industry standards.
